The project, which is located in Seogwipo City, Jeju Island, Republic of Korea, has a total land area of approximately 3 million square meters and a building area of 485 thousand square meters. With a building area of 34.5 thousand square meters, the Phase I Cypress C Area Project mainly covers rehabilitation apartment facilities and sightseeing accommodation facilities, etc.; with a building area of 450 thousand square meters, the Phase II PAMPAS Project mainly covers conference centers, theme-oriented commercial streets, rehabilitation apartment-style villas, sports and health theme park, butterfly museum, stud-farm, and ecological museum, etc.
